Quick painting on plywood I did this morning. It is based on a photo you can see on this page. It is of a fishing boat in the bay of Warrnambool, Victoria, Australia. (Three hours down the great Ocean Road from Melbourne.)

Some of the lovely coast found at Bells Beach, just over an hour out of Melbourne. This is of course where the Rip Curl Pro Surfing competition is held each year. This years events were won by Mick Fanning & Sally Fitzgibbons.

Much of Torquay is quiet, old fashioned houses in small streets with a great sense of community. There are now many developments springing up around the outskirts. This is somewhere in between. A nice quiet area around the back, but a nice new modern house.
